Teruo Katsuta, hailed as the \u2018Father of Japanese Rallying\u2019, has been appointed as the university\u2019s chancellor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Toyota Stadium will serve as the setting for special \u2018classes\u2019 brimming with learning and discovery.
