Power supply using FCEVs in collaboration with the TOYOTA MIRAI CLUB to be implemented at several SS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The FIA World Rally Championship FORUM8 Rally Japan 2024, which will be held from Thursday 21st to Sunday 24th November 2024, will be using the TOYOTA MIRAI CLUB’s fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) to provide the electricity needed for the administration of some of the SSs and spectator areas, as part of its environmentally friendly initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rally Japan was awarded three stars, the highest rank in the FIA (International Automobile Federation) Environmental Certification Programme (*), last year, and in this year’s event, in order to make the event even more environmentally friendly than last year, efforts will be made to achieve carbon neutrality in the administration of special stages (SS). In cooperation with the \u2018TOYOTA MIRAI CLUB\u2019, this is a new initiative that aims to create an environmentally friendly event by using the electricity generated by FCEVs owned by members to power some of the SS and spectator areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08\u203b\uff09A system that aims to support stakeholders in the world of motorsports and mobility in measuring and improving their environmental impact, with a three-tier rating system based on assessment of 17 sections, including \u2018environmental management\u2019, \u2018energy use\u2019 and \u2018waste management\u2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This Facebook group was set up on 31 May 2020 as a group for Toyota Motor Corporation’s fuel cell vehicle \u2018MIRAI\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is managed as a place for information exchange for MIRAI owners, those considering purchasing the vehicle, and others interested in fuel cell vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
